Our vision for Loudoun Baptist Temple LIFE is to be a spiritually healthy and growing congregation which is actively involved in the transformation of people into mature Christians who are impacting our area and the world for Christ.

We will seek to accomplish our vision through consistent application of these foundational principles.

 

Through this, we have developed a comprehensive plan for helping each person achieve spiritual maturity in Christ. Foundational to this plan is Psalm 1:3 which reads, "...he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper." It is our desire to see each person be a spiritual tree full of His fruit.

Our plan includes the following ministries:

 

 

 

 

Each ministry is totally centered around "Growing People in the Lord." Matter of fact, you will hear this phrase repeatedly around our campus. We want people to grow in their relationship with the Lord, in their relationships with others, and to bring forth spiritual fruit as they serve others. 

 

Our worship services are intentionally designed to help you know God more intimately than you have ever known Him. The entire service from the first congregational song to the sermon are planned to help each one know God on a personal level.

 

Knowing Him helps us in our relationships with others. The more we know God (we can only know Him through His Word) the more we can deal with the rigorous grind of relationships. Our LIFEGroups ministry is designed to help us grow in our relationship with others. Whether it be husband to wife, wife to husband, parent to child, neighbor to neighbor, or co-worker to co-worker, we are commanded to love others. LIFEGroups are small six-week Bible study groups which deal with relationships from a biblical perspective. We encourage each person to not only attend our worship services, but to also be part of LIFEGroup.

 

Finally, we realize that ultimately God expects each of us to be fruitful. To be fruitful, we need the right ingredients to not only grow, but give fruit. LIFESteps is a ministry that brings discipleship full circle. In our LIFESteps program, you not only get the Bible knowledge that you need, but you are challenged to move onto faithful service for Him. LIFESteps meet each Sunday morning at 10 a.m.
